that Sorry ! This file is not supported . Therefore people search any
other good and reliable alternative for default media player . It
becomes more necessary if you are a crazy internet user , If you is one
of those who are looking for a good media player that can support every
most used and popular audio and video formats . Then I have a solution ,
I would suggest you VLC media player , VLC media player is one of the
most used media players , used by millions of people all over the world

We always wonder whenever Microsoft
releases a new version of Windows , Even in Windows 8's default media
player is not able to run most used and mainstream video and audio
formats . This is why we have to install a third party media player
which should be loaded with appropriate video/audio codecs to run your
desired video/audio file .

If you go to play a video and you get this error that sorry this file or
video format is not supported then it is a time to kicking off to
Windows default sucks media player
. If you want to play every video format in single media player then

Windows media player is a really worthless media player , it cannot play most of video and audio codecs and that's why you need to install appropriate and supported video and audio codecs and the worst thing is that you will have to install separately . Obviously it is a big headache . Media Player Classic - Home Cinema is a perfect solution for this headache . You will never be needed installing codecs separately . It supports almost all most used video , audio formats .

Windows 7 and 8 Codecs Advanced is a really useful piece of software . Why I said it useful ? Suppose , You have a multimedia Smartphone and you have shot a video and you want to play it in the Windows default media player then the Windows default media player would not play it . Because Windows media does not have ability to play it . In other words , Windows media player does not have appropriate video and audio codec to play your desired video or video .
